Monica Molina has over 18 years of experience in the financial services, banking, investments, and real estate industries. She is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of People and Culture at Veritas Investments, Inc., where she leads human resources strategy and operations for multiple dynamic brands. Monica is passionate about creating supportive environments that empower employees and foster innovation. Her empathetic leadership and creative problem-solving skills bring out the best in her teams. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
She is the Chair of the Development Committee and serves on the Governance committee for the Clausen House. She is dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Alameda County, CA and beyond and her connection to the IDD community is deeply personal, as she is inspired by her brother, an IDD community member. She is committed to amplifying Clausen House’s mission and improving the lives of its community members.
