Monica has over 19 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. She is the Principal Consultant for Redwood Bridge Consulting, where she provides Fractional Head of HR services for mid-sized companies. Before that, she was the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Veritas Investment, a prominent West Coast real estate investment and property management company. Before joining Veritas, she spent over 10 years at First Republic Bank, where she held various senior leadership roles on the HR and Management Analytics teams.
Monica double majored in Integrative Biology and Rhetoric at UC Berkeley and is currently finishing her MBA at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In addition to her work on the Clausen House Board, she is a Board Member of the Big Mountain Commercial Association in Whitefish, MT.
She is the Chair of the Development Committee and serves on the Governance Committee for the Clausen House. She is dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Alameda County, CA, and beyond, and her connection to the IDD community is deeply personal, as she is inspired by her brother, an IDD community member. She is committed to amplifying Clausen House’s mission and improving the lives of its community members.
