Clausen House Program Highlight – Supported Employment Program

In our Supported Employment Program, we provide individualized assistance to adults who need ongoing support, both on and off the job, to help them choose, obtain, and retain paid employment in integrated community settings. At Clausen House, we offer two primary services. Pre-Placement Services include assessing each individual’s skills and interests, identifying suitable positions, coordinating with employers, and providing tailored support to ensure a successful job match. Our Ongoing Job Coaching serves as a vital link between the client and employer, offering continuous guidance and advocacy to promote long-term success in the workplace.
