We have an immediate opening in our affordable below-market rent apartment complex (Lenox). Located in the heart of Oakland; nestled in the Adams Point Area of Lake Merritt, close to shopping, transportation and Downtown Oakland.
- Rental Range: $500.00 -$700.00/mth.
Qualifications:
- Proven source of income
- Basis ILS skills and able to live safely with no supervision
- Eligible to receive approved RCEB Services (ILS)
- Closing Date: Open until closed
** Deposit and first month due upon approval and prior to move in date.
