Michael Clemons – SLS/ILS Instructor
For a remarkable 25 years, Michael Clemos has been a steady, compassionate presence at Clausen House. As a dedicated member of our Supported Living Services team, Michael has worked under the leadership of Director Juanita Hightower, providing person-centered support that empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and joy. His calm reliability and genuine care have made him a trusted figure among clients, families, and colleagues alike.
In 2025, Michael’s unwavering commitment was honored with the Perfect Attendance Award, a testament to his professionalism, consistency, and deep devotion to the Clausen House community. His work reflects the very heart of our mission showing every day that respect, patience, and compassion can transform lives. We are grateful for his decades of service and proud to celebrate this milestone with him.
