Born and raised in the Bay Area, Al-Shane currently resides in Berkeley, California. A proud graduate of San Leandro High School, she pursued a degree in Business Management at California State University, East Bay, and also attended Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee.
With over a decade of administrative and operational experience, including roles at GAP Inc. and Lowe’s Home Improvement, Al-Shane joined Clausen House in December 2024 as a Human Resources Specialist. She brings a deep passion for HR and operations, and is dedicated to supporting staff, programs, and the organization’s overall mission.
Outside of work, Al-Shane enjoys spending quality time with her 13-year-old daughter, especially cooking and shopping together. She also loves reading dramatic novels and proudly calls purple her favorite color.
