Carlos Lainez has been with Clausen House for 3 years. He started as the Maintenance Associate, but quickly took over the role of Director. Carlos was born in El Salvador and moved to San Francisco when he was 10. Prior to working at Clausen House, Carlos started his own landscaping business which he still runs on weekends when he’s not working at Clausen House. For Carlos, interacting with clients and staff are the favorite parts of his job.
