Bridget Stevens – Adult Education Teacher
Bridget Stevens has been part of the Clausen House family for almost eight years. She first joined us as a DSP at Perkins, and over time she stepped into a teaching role with DTAC, where her patience, kindness, and steady presence made a real difference. Bridget isn’t just familiar to our clients, she’s genuinely loved by them. They’ve always appreciated the way she shows up, listens, and supports them with her whole heart.
During her time here, Bridget created and led educational activities that helped our clients build skills they could use in their everyday lives, not just in the day program. She had a way of making learning feel approachable and meaningful, and she consistently encouraged clients to grow, try new things, and believe in themselves.
Her impact has been felt in countless small moments, and those moments are exactly what made her such an important part of our community.
As she begins a new chapter outside of Clausen House, we want to wish her all the luck, joy, and success she deserves. Bridget, thank you for the impact you’ve made, the moments you’ve created, and the heart you’ve poured into your work. You will always be part of our story, and we hope the road ahead brings you every good thing.
We’ve also created a special video in Bridget’s honor — a small way to capture the impact she’s had on all of us. You can watch it on our YouTube channel, and we hope it brings back some of the same meaningful moments she shared with our community.
